This position is Bargaining Unit with the National Treasury Employees Union, Chapter 208.

Duties
The successful candidate as the CUI Program Manager, you will be responsible for the agency's Control Unclassified Information (CUI) program and the Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information (SUNSI) program.Such duties include but are not limited to:

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GG-14) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods for developing, implementing, overseeing, assessing, and reporting on the proper safeguarding and protection of sensitive but not classified information that describes the business, technical, and support strategies, including the relationship between the acquisition phases, work efforts, and key program events (for example, decision points, contract awards, test activities.
Demonstrated knowledge of an Agency’s mission activities, sufficient to monitor sensitive information policy and protection of proprietary and other sensitive information.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, and experience effectively conveying and presenting complex and detailed information of a technical and/or policy nature to colleagues, peers, senior management officials, and representatives of other institutions, agencies, or organizations.
Substantial project management experience involving prime/sub-based contracts as well as extensive practical knowledge of the techniques of and successful experiences in the administration and management of multi-million dollar, multi-year, complex information management, technology, analysis, and security projects and/or programs, and a demonstrated capability to manage large teams (>20 people), that include both direct and indirect (customer) technical and non-technical resources. Preferably holds a government or commercial certification, such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) or appropriate National Archives Records Administration (NARA) certification.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: Specialized experience is demonstrated by extensive knowledge and experience with activities relative to a wide variety of complex policy issues related to the proper safeguarding of sensitive, but not classified information.
