Duties
You will serve as a plans and program manager and technical advisor to Component Exercise Program Managers, regarding execution of USINDOPACOM Exercise Division
You will assist with reviewing, analyzing and executing multiple primary programs within the CJCS managed, combatant command (CCMD) Joint Training Exercise Engagement Program (JTEEP).
You will perform resource management coordinating authority for these programs within the HQ USINDOPACOM, as well as United States Forces Korea (USFK), and other outside agencies.
You will facilitate the planning and execution of the USINDOPACOM Commander?s Joint Exercise Program to enhance Joint warfighting capabilities and readiness, execute Theater Strategy, and support Security Cooperation Objectives.
You will create, design, plan, and implement adaptive concepts to meet current and future challenges while marinating consistent communication with the Branch Chief
You will define mission requirements and the tasks that must be performed by the command and responsible organizations at all levels throughout the force
You will manage the Joint Lessons Learned and Issue Resolution Programs.

- You will be required to perform occasional travel
- Shift work and longer than usual hours may be required while working in support of exercise execution or crisis situations
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Experience with Joint Campaign, Contingency, and/or Crisis Action Planning processes and procedures and ability to develop and assess new policies, processes and procedures.
2) Serving as a planning team lead, able to expertly conduct Crisis Action Planning and Deliberate Planning across the range of joint operations with experience writing associated plans and orders
3) Demonstrating Leadership skills by directing, motivating, coordinating and integrating the work of others and keeping initiatives focused
4) Assessing the effectiveness of efforts and programs to adjust programs and priorities accordingly.
4) Experience working at a high-tempo producing and presenting written and oral communications to senior leaders such Flag and General Officers, or private sector equivalents for decision making.
