Qualifications

ASSESSMENT FACTORS1. Authors, and disseminates high-interest items based on client requirements or interests.2. Explains analytic findings clearly to Defense clients; coaches junior analysts in verbally and graphically/visually defending analysis with logical arguments.3. Demonstrates a high level of substantive understanding and analytic capability; participates in training in area of expertise, mentorship programs, and attends conferences with IC and industry experts.4. Works as a Team Lead, managing and assigning work tasks and providing first-level review of analytic products.5. Employs breadth and depth of knowledge of electronic warfare and adversarial jamming operations, tactics, techniques, and procedures, to appraise and critique significant military capabilities information and analyses; authors/co-authors assessments and studies that emphasize new trends and developments.HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Technical or scientific background.2. Experience with signature management exposure.3. Combatant Command or JS J2 experience.
