Duties
You will study the functions, processes, and structure of the Judge Advocate Division (JAD) Individual Mobilization Augmented (IMA) Program.
You will perform myriad administrative duties to support the training, doctrinal development, and personnel support of active and reserve legal Marines throughout the Marine Corps.
You will advertise open billets, recruit jt1dge advocates and enlisted legal Marines to fill open billets.
You will Identify staffing shortfalls and coordinate with reserve legal Marines to accomplish optimum staffing goals.
You will Provide plans, coordination, and schedules of legal support for contingency operations, peacetime exercises, events and other higher headquarters' directed requirements.
You will develop new administration methods and approaches and evaluation criteria.
You will provide direct support for administrators, commanders, and other personnel regarding pay, promotions, entitlements, separation, attachments, joins transfers and retirement entries
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience advertising open billets to recruit judge advocates and reserve personnel; analyze program effectiveness and develop judgments, inferences, assumptions, and conclusions of the programs effectiveness.
