You will serve as a manager in the Warfighting Capability Assessment Branch of NAVSURFWARCENDLD. You will perform duties as the Land-Base Test Site Supervisor.
Duties
You will provide expert advice and guidance related to combat systems engineering, testing, and integration.
You will lead a team performing test events, requirements development, architecture development/lab operation execution, analysis/analysis report-out, as well as evaluation and assessment of combat system baselines leading to certification.
You will develop and execute project plans that meet customer requirements which are within resource constraints.
You will provide leadership in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
You will develop associated tactical strategies based on your knowledge and experience of technical engineering.
You will provide effective professional and technical advice and guidance to a diverse, multi-disciplinary workforce.
You will effectively partner with those internal and external to the organization to integrate technical efforts that provide coordinated, timely and cost-efficient products.
Requirements

Qualifications
NT-06 (GS-14/15 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent), or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading operational analysis and mission planning to support combat systems readiness.
