About the Position: Serves as a dual-hatted Deputy Chief of Operations and Chief of Operations Business Support Branch.
Duties
Directs/manages operations and maintenance activities at Civil Works water resource facilities Corps Regulatory program.
Supervises/leads the efforts of a diverse group of professionals and skilled workers.
Develops work plans, budgets, schedules, establishes priorities and executes programs to meet the USACE program requirements.
Oversees the financial and administrative support for the field Operations Project Managers and Regulatory and Operations Division.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes: Corps Regulatory program and operations and/or maintenance experience at a large multipurpose water resource project executing the missions such as navigation, hydropower, flood damage reduction, environmental stewardship, recreation, fish and wildlife, management, water supply, etc. This experience must have been equivalent to the GS-13 level.
