This position is located in the Office of the Secretary (OST), Office of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs. The position serves as the primary point of contact with the OST Budget Office, OST Procurement Office, and the OST Facilities Office, and serves as a back-up to the Management Analyst (HR Liaison).

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience with facilities and property management and providing guidance for management regarding an organization's operational activities and policies.
Experience with federal travel regulations, procurement request, and training in appropriations law to certify usage of federal funds.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Technical Competency: Knowledge of administrative and budgetary operations of an office.
Communication Competency: Ability to communicate both orally and in writing to effective convey information to department management; governmental officials/public officials.
