About the Position: THIS POSITION IS WITH THE HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND - KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT BRANCH LOCATED AT FORT KNOX, KY.

Duties

Provides technical assistance and information regarding policy and procedures for the systematic identification, maintenance, retirement and destruction of Army records information. Distributes information to ensure personnel are aware of the Army’s record keeping requirements. Transfers hard copy records to the Federal Records Center (FRC). Processes records requests. Orders blank certificates / forms from the Army Publishing Directorate (APD) and fulfills internal requests for blank certificates / forms. Attends HRC Records Management Basic and Hands-On Training to monitor attendance and prepare certificates of completion. Prepares weekly program-related Tip of the Week post. Formulates annual HRC Records Management Training schedule for upcoming fiscal year. Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
