Duties
Performs a full range of management and administrative duties
Uses skill and discretion in performing office functions
Uses diplomacy and tact when working with internal and external customers
Serve as office manager ensuring regulations, procedures and policy directives are followed pertaining to the administrative management and operation of the office.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be a qualified typist (40 WPM)
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service which includes: coordinate, integrate, and synchronize administrative operations; advise staff regarding administrative management and operation of the office; screen visitors, telephone calls, and mail; monitor and action timecard completion; utilize automated systems.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
