You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) in the HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.

Duties

You will serve as Chief, Theater Security Cooperation and Interoperability Branch for United States Indo-Pacific Command. Supervises 13 personnel – 4 military (officers), and 9 government civilians You will review, analyze, and study the USINDOPACOM Strategy and Theater Campaign Plan and prepares appropriate input. You will prepare briefings, write information papers, review studies, conduct research, perform analysis, and take other appropriate actions to support USINDOPACOM combined communications interoperability programs and activities. You will supervise direct support to foreign military sales cases affecting communications interoperability.

• This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 751, 801, 723 proficiency level I, B the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Providing leadership and staff supervision over the planning, programming, budgeting, analysis, acquisition, and implementation of combined communications; 2) Performing the full range of supervisory duties for military and civilian subordinates; 3) Working with interoperational communications systems; 4) Overseeing the planning and execution of combined communication management. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
