Duties
As Workforce Planning Branch Chief, is responsible for agency programming, project analysis/management, workforce planning analysis and billet management.
Advises management officials on workforce and position management decisions, organizational goals and organizational structure and objectives
Maintains and updates DCAA's organizational and authorization structure in Fourth Estate Manpower Tracking System (FMTS) in accordance with Office of the Secretary of Defense guidance.
Provides data and key performance metrics on Agency's execution of workforce planning programs, resource requirements/constraints, program justification for position planning/programming, to various leadership and governance forums.
Coordinates and summarizes workforce planning and position management operational data to all levels of the organization's management.
Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.

Specialized Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience is defined as developing and executing workforce plans that align with organizational strategic objectives; leading complex workforce planning initiatives that include comprehensive workforce analysis and forecasting future staffing needs; developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce planning model to identify critical skills gaps and enable recruitment and development of talent to address future workforce needs across an organization; and providing data-driven strategic workforce planning advice to senior leadership. .
