Duties
Responsible for information management programs and administrative services that are critical for supporting contract audit operations and assisting managers with managing program efficiencies and effectiveness.
Conducts auditor and administrative staff training for associated with DMIS and all information management and/or administrative systems
Responds to various inquires and extracts, analyzes, and consolidates data for reporting.
Serves as the DMIS and LiveLink primary monitor and administrator for the region.
Manage programs including records management, documents and files using LiveLink, the automated DCAA Management Information System (DMIS) and Cognos data applications.
Provide records management with responsibility for official files and file retention in compliance with DoD, Federal government, and agency regulations and policies.

Qualifications
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, http://www.opm.gov/qualifications/Standards/group-stds/gs-prof.asp.
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-09 or equivalent level.
Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience includes: experience in managing a wide variety of information management programs such as DCAA Management Information System (DMIS), COGNOS data applications, Electronic Document Access (EDA), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Contractor Business Analysis Repository (CBAR) and Livelink; monitoring personnel Audit Program goals for conformance; monitoring Continuing Professional Education credits, Defense Acquisition Workforce Act (DAWIA), DoD Financial Management (FM), and other professional occupational certifications.

Education
Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements. To be creditable, education must have been obtained from an accredited college or university.
