Duties
Serve as the DCAA Management Information System (DMIS) primary monitor and administrator
Develops and conducts auditor and administrative staff training associated with DMIS and all information management and/or administrative systems
Identifies, evaluates and documents new or revised information requirements
Advises management; monitors and tracks activities, data collection and analysis; and prepares responses to Headquarters requests, communications, and information
Perform Records Liaison Officer (RLO) functions with responsibility for official file and file retention in compliance with DoD, Federal government, and agency regulations and policies

Qualifications
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, http://www.opm.gov/qualifications/Standards/group-stds/gs-prof.asp.
Specialized Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience is defined as independently maintaining an information management program. Examples of specialized experience include: utilizing management information systems to extract and utilize data; extensive knowledge of MS Power BI and Excel; understanding and interpreting regulations, guidance, policies, and procedures.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
