The primary purpose of the work in this position is to provide analytical and evaluative assistance to the Head of Planning and Evaluation in the Visitor Experience and Evaluation department responsible for planning and overseeing the department’s research and evaluation efforts related to programs, exhibitions, interpretative resources, collection installations and visitor experience initiatives.

Specialized Experience Statement:
For this position, specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-09 level in the federal service, preparing reports on audience development for a museum or cultural institution.
OR
a Ph.D. or Equivalent Degree
OR
three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Master’s or professional law degree.
