Duties
Assists supervisor in the economic and efficient operation of a fast-food concept facility, which may include a delivery service, preparing party platters, specialty cakes, catering, beverage and dining services. Assists supervisor in managing and overseeing a cost-effective operation to include various food service activities such as: Snack bars, mobile canteens, concessionaires, and any other food service activity deemed appropriate. Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas in accordance with regulations of the medical department.

Ability to become familiar with and understand Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) policies, orders, and regulations relative to the work performed. Must be able to supervise employees in performance of their duties and to deal effectively with management officials and patrons. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
