Duties
The Public House, the premier facility in the Marine Corps, is looking for a hands on Food Service Assistant Manager. This person will be passionate about increasing the quality of life of our Young Marines by assisting the Kitchen Manager and General Manager in the daily operations of this 28,000sf facility. Inventory, cost control, World Class customer service, as well as front and back of the House experience necessary.

Qualifications
Three years experience that provides knowledge of the operation of a food service or food concept facility as described above. Ability to become familiar with and understand Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) policies, orders and regulations relative to the work performed. Must be able to supervise employees in performance of their duties and to deal effectively with management officials and patrons. Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. Preferred candidates will have a valid supervisor level ServSafe certification. Must be able to obtain to complete supervisor level 18-hour ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
