You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the AIRBORNE INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will perform administrative functions, human resources, budget, accounting, financial management policy and procedures within the Department.
You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or discrepancies/anomalies.
You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization.
You will perform other functions such as management analysis, procurement, contract administration, property management, space management, security administration, reports management, data processing, and similar or closely related responsibilities.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution; 2) Providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution; 3) Developing format and content to provide manager(s) with various listing, reports, and data relative to status of funds and the propriety of obligations; 4) Ensuring financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.
