The Division Chief for Administrative Programs serves in the Office of Management Services and will be responsible for directing the FHWA nationwide administrative services programs. These programs include print management, express mail delivery, motor vehicle management, alternate duty location, and organizational changes.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience providing leadership and management of operations, administrative, financial, unit strategic planning and human resources functions.
Experience leading and/or managing a diverse workforce to support the mission of an organization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Administration and Management - Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.
Compliance - Knowledge of procedures for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring programs or projects for compliance with Federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
Decisiveness - Makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even when data are limited or solutions produce unpleasant consequences; perceives the impact and implications of decisions.
Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
Written Communication - Writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.
