The position is the Planning, Programming & Environment Branch Chief, under the Chief, Business Operations, Central Federal Lands Highway Division, Lakewood, Colorado. The position is responsible for administration and coordination of all transportation programs, stewardship and oversight of funds administered by other agencies, transportation planning activities, and environmental compliance on transportation projects.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience administering and coordinating transportation and environmental programs and planning activities with federal, State and local planning organizations.
Experience administering stewardship and oversight of funds to provide for the effective application of a risk-based program.
Experience providing managerial oversight of effective and efficient planning, environmental and programming operations.
