About the Position: Incumbent represents the broad spectrum of interests, responsibilities and wide-ranging authorities of the Army Staff; Director, USANCA; and Chief, CWMD & CBRND Division on all matters concerning U.S. Army and U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) efforts to enhance national and multinational force efforts to counter WMD and CBRN capability development.
Duties
Coordinate ACCWMD activities and initiatives in support of the ACCWMD Secretariat.
Maintain and update ACCWMD enterprise-wide distribution lists at the AO, O6/GS15, and GO/SES level.
Draft, prepare and coordinate required ACCWMD reports in support of the ACCWMD Secretariat.
Maintain records of ACCWMD tasks, initiatives, decisions and activities.
Serve as custodian for ACCWMD web presence, to include classified and unclassified digital portals, and takes actions to sustain access for partner organizations.
Provide operations support to the CWMD and CBRN Defense Division.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
- The duties of this position may require occasional travel.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Coordinating project work across a team using a variety of digital collaboration tools; reviewing strategic documents and communications to identify key points for organizational leaders; developing enterprise-level reports for submission to executive-level management; and managing distribution lists and collaborative information-sharing tools (ie. Sharepoint). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
