The position is located in the Office of Program Management, Office of Railroad Safety (RRS), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The incumbent of this position serves as a member of the team responsible for managing the development, program delivery, and monitoring activities of the Railroad Safety Advisory Committee (RSAC) administered by the Office of Railroad Safety.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 13, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-12, it must include:
Experience advising leadership concerning ongoing program development and policies associated with managing a program.
Experience coordinating logistics for high-visibility meetings and other stakeholder meetings.
Experience implementing analyses and information sources as directed to respond to user requirements and updating data inputs.
