Duties
This position is located under the Office of Intelligence Operations, International Affairs Division in Washington, District of Columbia.
As a Management Program Analyst, you will be performing analyzing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, and management.
In this position, you will perform the following duties:
Qualifications
You must:
- Meet all qualification requirements, applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and
- Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service by 12/9/2024.
To qualify for 14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in the resume. Specialized experience includes:
Providing advice and guidance for improvements on policies and making recommendations.
Researching and interpreting program-related laws, regulations, and procedures.
Performing analyst and evaluative studies to develop and improve the efficiency of operations and programs.
