About the Position: Plans, directs, controls, and coordinates the development, integration, promulgation, and implementation of DOD, Army and AMC new and evolving systems and existing automated logistics management systems.
Duties
Analyze and review priorities of national DOD and Army system design changes, in support of logistics functions, and recommend priorities to Executive Level managers.
Conduct functional and automation feasibility studies on new or changing logistics systems proposals and their interface with other DOD systems initiatives.
Assess impact of guidance on development and implementation of Logistics Automated systems, to ensure proper integration and necessary interface between all Army systems and current DOD systems and initiatives.
Review un-resourced requirements, consider alternatives, and brief Senior Resources Allocation Committees on recommended solutions.
Represent organization at meetings and conferences.

- Secret security clearance.
- Acquisition certification, Life Cycle Logistics, Advanced level, within 4 years of job entry.
