You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Missions Systems Group, Logistics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. This position supports PMA-213 Program Office within PEO (T), as the Identification, Friend or Foe (IFF) Air Systems Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (DAPML).
Duties
You will develop and implement product support and maintenance concepts/requirements for assigned systems to achieve program goals and objectives with minimum life cycle cost.
You will determine the best approach in planning and expending resources/funding to ensure adequate and affordable logistics support posture.
You will identify, plan and execute logistics efforts to ensure all aspects of the total systems life cycle are in place to meet program requirements.
You will implement and maintain plan of action and milestones (POA and M) in support of the Combat Identification (CID) logistics programs.
You will apply logistics principles and practices to ensure the total integration of product support elements to meet program requirements.
You will assist in the development and management of contract requirements (i.e. Statements of Work (SOW), and contract data requirements) to support systems engineering/acquisition phases.
You will prepare and maintain logistics documentation for CID Air Systems that include Data Management Maintenance Plans, Level of Repair Analysis, and Logistics Requirements and Funding Summaries.
You will participate in the Configuration Management Process by developing, reviewing and submitting all associated documentation in support of Engineering Change Proposals, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and Technical Directives.
You will participate in IPT Risk Boards and identify any risks, issues and opportunities that may impact CID Air IFF systems.

You will prepare and/or deliver presentations to customers/stakeholders in order to address support posture and justify logistics requirements.
You will defend necessary modifications to previously approved plans to ensure program objectives are met.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop and implement product support and maintenance concepts/requirements for assigned systems to achieve program goals and objectives with minimum life cycle cost; 2) Determine best approach in planning and expending resources/funding to ensure adequate and affordable logistics support posture; 3) Assist in submission and defense of Integrated Product Support budgets and support cost information to achieve program goals and objectives; 3) Identify, plan and execute logistics efforts to ensure all aspects of the total systems life cycle are in place to meet program requirements; 4) Develop and review program technical documentation and provide input and direction on logistics/maintenance issues and requirements; 5) Assist in the development and management of contract requirements (i.e. Statements of Work (SOW) and contract data requirements) to support systems engineering/acquisition phases; 6) Develop and implement maintenance capability establishment as required; 7) Prepare and maintain logistics documentation for CID Air Systems that include Data Management, Maintenance Plans, Level of Repair Analysis, Logistics Requirements, Funding Summaries and prepare action items when required; 8) Participate in the Configuration Management Process by developing, reviewing and submitting all associated documentation in support of Engineering Change Proposals, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and Technical Directives; 9) Evaluate the causes of support related problems, and choose appropriate courses of action; 10) Identify any risks, issues and opportunities that may impact CID Air IFF Systems; 11) Identify Sustainment Program Baseline (SPB) requirements and assist in the planning and preparation of documentation to support the SPB process; 12) Participate in Reliability Control Boards (RCBs), or other readiness initiatives; 13) Manage Program Related Logistics (PRL/1A4N) requirements in the Air Systems Support Module (ASSM), allocate and track funding obligations and expenditures accordingly: 14) Represent the CID Air Systems IPT at the ILS Working Groups to discuss logistics planning and policies; 15) Prepare and/or deliver presentations to customers/stakeholders in order to address support posture and justify logistics requirements/implementation.
