This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT), located in the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Service Delivery Staff (SDS), End-User Support Services Section (ESS) in Washington, DC.

The duties and responsibilities as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides overall direction and oversight of personnel management, strategy development, and security assessment and accreditation.
Manages special projects that have a significant impact on the delivery of customer support services.
Provides expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations for problem resolution to management and other technical specialists.
Develops goals and objectives that integrate IT Solutions business, acquisition, and fiscal objectives.
Manages the administration and security of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems.
Requirements

- This position requires the candidate to obtain a Federal Acquisition Certificate for Contracting Officers Representative (FAC-COR) and/or Federal Acquisition Certificate for Program Manager (FAC-PM) within 12 months of appointment.

- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/CUSTSPT) at (GS-2210-14), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.
Basic Qualifications (2210 series):
Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attention to detail.
Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
AND
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Applying IT project management principles, methods, concepts, standards, and practices sufficient to accomplish assignments; AND
Assisting with budget planning, acquisitions, and business administration; AND
Resolving complex issues with landline and wireless telecommunications and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems.
