You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the U.S. MARINE CORPS of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.

Duties

You will operate computer screen capture and video editing software capabilities to publish videos for learning. You will design, coordinate, develop, validate, and integrate interactive e-books for learning. You will guide learning management system users regarding operations and capabilities. You will contribute to learning design projects and working groups oriented on learning programs and organizational learning.

Qualifications

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and leveraging technology to build, integrate, and enable digital learning experiences, and administrating a web-based learning management system for self-study within a formal and informal setting. GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: design and development of digitally enabled learning experiences to support a training program. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.M., if related
