Serves as a Management Analyst within the Office of the Chief Counsel, Office of Operations & Legal Support (AGC-10).

Duties

Performs a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments in one or more, but not limited to, the following program areas: budget management; contracts administration; database administration/management; employee development and training; Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) administration; human capital management; information security and technology; legal and litigation support; procurement and acquisitions; records management; space management; time and attendance management; and/or travel management, as assigned by the designated manager within the Office of the Chief Counsel (AGC).

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-F, FG/GS-9 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as: Experience providing direct operational and administrative support in a professional office setting.You should include relevant examples of this experience in your work history. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
