As Supervisory Realty Specialist, you will supervise the technical work of journey level Realty Specialists & Program Specialists as well as the non-technical aspects of Senior Realty Specialists. You will ensure the satisfactory quality and quantity of work through performance planning of subordinates.
Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Real Estate Acquisition Division, Tucson or Phoenix, AZ.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $108,012 per year for Phoenix, AZ
The GS-13 salary range starts at $105,268 per year for Tucson, AZ.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience must demonstrate:
(1) An advanced knowledge and application of Federal, commercial, and/or corporate realty laws, regulations, and practices;
(2) Experience providing advice and solutions to clients on their long and short term space requirements;
(3) Performance of lease project management for low and mid-rise commercial office and special purpose space including lease construction;
(4) Experience managing, supervising, or leading a team, and;
(5) Experience managing and performing contract oversight for realty transactions.
