This position is with 99th Readiness Division, Director of Public Works, located at Fort Jackson, SC
Duties
Serves as supervisor of the Facility Operations Branch in the Army Reserve Installation Management Directorate (ARIMD) Support Office, located at Fort Bragg, NC.
Supervising and managing the functions of the Facility Operations Branch of ARIMD Support Office in close concert and coordination with the Facility Policy Division of ARIMD, Office Chief of Army Reserve (OCAR), Fort Belvoir, VA.
Planning, coordinating, integrating, and implementing ARIMD initiatives to include, but not limited to all facility policy, strategic management systems, execution plans, Business Process Re-Engineering, CFSBIS and business practices.
The principles and practices of administrative management, including personnel rules, cost accounting, budgeting, strategic planning and effective employee supervision and training.
Effective planning and coordination techniques.
The best practices in the design and construction industry.
