You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will perform extensive analysis of accumulated data and information on multimedia training packages.
You will plan for future training requirements considering planned changes in unit structure, organization, training programs/doctrine, equipment, unit location.
You will analyze operational problems and develop proposals/recommendations for change/exception to policies or procedures regarding training facility scheduling, use, development, and training programs, and submits through the chain for approval.
You will perform, coordinate, and document results of analysis, design, and development of Military Police Programs of Instruction (POls).
You will coordinate changes to published master training schedules as requested by classes in session.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing or reviewing training/course materials, aids, devices, etc.; 2) Managing curriculum database (i.e. Curriculum Review Board) for course content review; and 3) Implementing approved changes into Program of Instruction.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
