About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. RRAD is near the corners of 4 states - Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. The depot's enormous maintenance mission includes the repair, rebuild, overhaul and conversion of tactical wheeled vehicles. Duties

Perform a variety of budgetary and administrative functions in implementing a portion of an Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) depot's budgetary program, policies, and procedures for depot. Prepare implementing budget instructions for signature of the budget officer for issuance to depot managers and tenant activities. Review and analyze input to the depot's operating budget, formulates assigned portions for consolidation of total depot budget. Prepare Army Working Capital Fund budget schedules and reports for summation at depot level to establish depot priorities and objectives as compared with the priorities and objectives of higher echelon. Advise depot managers and other interested parties on the status and availability of funds indifferent budget accounts and all aspects of depot budget process which may apply in their areas. Prepare a variety of reports covering the status of funds, expenses, and obligations, as required.

• Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program. This certification requirement must be obtained and maintained within 24 months of employment.
• TACOM Data and Analytics Level 2 Compiler Certification Requirement. The incumbent must meet all requirements for this certification within 24 months of being placed on this position.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
