You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) in the PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will Ensure information systems (IS) security is properly executed.
You will maintain awareness of potential threats to the security and/or integrity of TSO data and management networks.
You will manage the TSO IS Certification and Accreditation (C and A) process.
You will manage the TSO Vulnerability Management Program which includes, but is not limited to, network security auditing and analysis, and vulnerability mitigation and/or remediation procedures.
You will develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures reflecting the legislative intent of applicable laws and regulations for the TSO managed information systems, enclaves, and networks.
You will lead all incident response and reporting activities, and coordinates with appropriate investigative agencies; coordinating the publication of information gathered during detection activities.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience with all phases of the software development life cycle. Ability to work across multiple developer teams to test, implement, integrate, administer and generate reports on middleware. Must be able to document all existing and new middleware platforms and infrastructure with respect to functionality, maintenance, and administration. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
