You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the AIR OPERATIONS PROGRAM DIVISION of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.
Duties
You will serve as the Mid-Atlantic Region's Program Manager in the Air Operations Division for the East Coast Master Jet Base.
You will formulate both broad and specific guidelines for planning program elements and sub-elements.
You will review and approve strategies for achieving short or long-range organizational program objectives.
You will manage resources and risks to optimize cost, schedule, and performance objectives for a program.
You will brief senior leaders on the status of a program or project (e.g., cost, schedule performance, risk discussions).

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing short and long range plans and policies for air operation programs; 2) Establishing procedures and programming budgets for air operations programs; 3) Integrating policy, resources, practices and procedures in managing air operations; 4) Overseeing development and oversight of projects that result in substantial alteration and improvement of existing air operations support; 5) Developing training materials and plans for air operations personnel.
