About the Position: This is a Supervisory Future Operations for with the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command in Peterson Air Force Base, CO serving as the senior planner and Division Chief of the G35 Future Operations Division.

Duties
Oversees the Future Operations Branch of Space and Missile Defense Command
Provide administrative and policy direction concerning overall priorities and objectives for the Branch.
Supervises the workforce to ensure accurate and timely delivery of staff products.
Leads formal collaboration with U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Drug Test required. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG).
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes a) assisting with establishing technical and administrative policies to improve an organization's integration into military campaigns; b) implementing strategic direction for programs that involve informational and cognitive effects; and c) resolving issues affecting programs/projects such as Information Operations, Joint Targeting, and Military Deception Activities.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03/GS-13.
