Duties
A successful candidate will serve as the management and program analyst. The incumbent performs a wide range and different level of corporate support functions. The incumbent performs analytical and evaluative work in support of office programs, management systems, and processes impacting various program areas which may include budget execution, contract administration, resource utilization, fee estimates and fee billing, performance management and internal controls, program evaluation, human capital, correspondence management, records management, information collections, space management, and general administrative operations. Leads efforts to develop policies and procedures and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations. Provides advice and recommendations to division and office management in the incumbent’s functional areas.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Experience, training, and/or education in financial management and/or human capital management.
2. Analytical ability sufficient to plan, organize and perform a variety of program and administrative management functions and activities involving competing priorities and deadlines.
3. Ability to compile/analyze data, extract sample transactions (statistically or randomly), and evaluate results toward the drawing of sound conclusions. (See examples below)
4. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
5. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with individuals at all levels, including managers and supervisors, coworkers, and staff personnel of other offices.
