This position is the Administration Branch Chief, under the Chief of Business Operations, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), Federal Highway Administration, located in Lakewood, CO. The CFLHD is responsible for the program administration of the Federal Lands Highway Program, and the design and construction of transportation system projects on federally owned lands.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience using team-leadership and team-building skills to lead and develop a team in a business-focused team environment.
Experience establishing priorities and managing a diverse staff to maximize use of their skills.
Experience in the oversight of one or more of the following areas: financial management, human resources, organizational and professional development, logistics (support services) management or information technology.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Administration and Management - Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions, resource allocation, and production.2.
