The Division is responsible for analyzing and advising management of the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs or the productivity and efficiency of management or both.

We encourage you to read this entire vacancy announcement prior to submitting your application.As a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist, GS-2210-15, you will be responsible for:• Exercising full technical administrative responsibilities for planning, developing, implementing, executing, and evaluating the Information Technology (IT) Program. • Overseeing policy standards and implementation strategies to ensure procedures and guidelines comply with cybersecurity policies. • Setting priorities and quarterly and annual goals; resolving work problems presented by subordinates; and recommending or implements ways to improve production/quality of work in the unit. • Preparing performance standards and evaluates performance of subordinates; interviewing candidates for positions in the organization, making or approving selections for nonsupervisory positions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification RequirementsYou may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-15, if you possess the specialize experience.Specialized Experience for the GS-15One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-14 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:1. Experience directing and managing government and contractor personnel conducting IT services.2. Experience serving as senior advisor to top agency management officials on IT programs and policies.3. Experience overseeing IT support operations in geographically dispersed offices and workforce settings.Basic Experience RequirementsYou must possess IT related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (e.g., IT certification), as appropriate) demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.1. Skilled in oral and written communication.
