You will serve as a Public Private Venture Project Manager in the Public Private Venture, Team 3 of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will monitor compliance of business operations and business agreements to ensure long-term fiscal soundness and customer satisfaction with the project.
You will identify problems and respond to Partner and Supported Command concerns, facilitate problem resolution and implement resolutions.

You will serve as the primary POC for assigned project(s) and manage all aspects of the project oversight to protect the Department of Navy's investment.
You will build alliances and facilitate as necessary with NAVFAC, PPV business entity, Supported Commands and Regions to resolve Department of Navy concerns and further the success of the individual PPV project and program.
Requirements

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing and presenting project summary reports for all involved customers and leadership; 2) Using administrative and project management processes to successfully execute and manage the PPV projects as assigned within the PPV program; 3) Developing and recommending process improvements based on best business practices and metrics for a PPV program; 4) Assisting in developing and executing the PPV annual budget and identifying the appropriate funding sources for PPV project actions.
