The position is located in the Infrastructure Services Group and serves as a resource for the Operations Support Directorate by assisting managers navigate the business-oriented aspects of the operation and employee services. The Management and Program Analyst Team Lead uses a combination of analysis, counsel, and products to ensure the right resources are available at the right time.
Duties
The Management and Program Analyst serves as the Operations Support Directorate (AJW-1) Team Lead as the workforce planning subject matter expert (SME) and leads a team responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving business functions while acting as a technical authority for planning and executing work assignments. Applies experience and expert knowledge of the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution for improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency and to conduct functional activities for projects/programs that often require the development of new and innovative approaches.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as:Experience providing advisory services for personnel policies, procedures, and requirements. ANDExperience analyzing data for a variety of workforce management programs (e.g., performance management, training, workforce planning, property management) to make strategic process improvement decisions. ANDExperience communicating with team members to convey initiatives, priorities, and strategies to meet goals.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
