You will serve as a DIRECTOR REAL ESTATE (INSTALLATIONS AND FACILITIES) in the Office of the ASN (Installations, Energy and Facilities) of EI&E WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will develop and recommend policies and procedures for acquisitions, management and disposal of real estate and other areas as assigned.
You will provide oversight of acquisitions, disposals and the optimum and special use of real estate holdings, their development, and, upon reaching operational status, the efficient management of such facilities to best fulfill the mission.
You will serve as a representative at meetings and conferences with individuals and organizations outside the Executive Branch, including members of Congress, State and local governments, the public, and private industry.
You will carry out assignments of high priority or unusual significance or sensitivity which are of immediate and special concern.
You will maintain a working knowledge of the latest developments in the assigned functional areas, including program, budget, audit, legislative, and legal issues.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This is a Department of Defense Cyber Workforce Framework Position (DCWF).
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing real property management policies and/or procedures for acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate.
