This position is located in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), End User Technology (EUT) Branch. The EUT Branch develops and manages applications foundations for all Commission workstations that are deployed enterprise-wide and provides comprehensive support for packaging and testing of software for automated deployments to workstation. The Branch also manages patching and vulnerability remediation for all workstations.

Leading a team of IT engineers, technical leads and others responsible for enterprise applications/foundation management.
Coordinating, planning and overseeing the patching/vulnerability management program.
Performing needs analyses for new or improved business process solutions.
Resolving integration issues related to the implementation of new systems within existing infrastructure.

Qualifications
All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
Time-in-grade for this announcement is one year at the GS/SK-13 level.
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
BASIC REQUIREMENT: Possess IT related experience at the GS/SK-13 level demonstrating each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail -

listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately; Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and
relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must also meet the minimum qualification requirement.
SK-15: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-13 level: (1) Securely designing, deploying and managing Cloud Applications (e.g. MS Office 365 Apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and other related cloud applications) on information systems endpoints (2) managing the various phases of the agile and legacy development life-cycle for technology solutions (3) leading or managing IT engineers, technical leads and others.
