Duties

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-14, you will be: Serving as a Senior Management and Program Analyst. Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and evaluate the administrative operations to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Providing consultative services to senior level officials.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Specialized Experience: You must have one-year specialized experience to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing at least four (4) of the following: Analyze and/or evaluate administrative operations. Develop and/or modify procedures to perform administrative functions. Analysis and/or evaluate work processes, policies, and/or programs. Prepare long- and short- range reports of findings and/or recommendations that identifies goals, comparison of old and new programs, and/or cost estimates for establishing programs. Develop and/or implement plans with milestones, timetables, audits, and/or evaluation procedures. Advise managers and/or program officials on policies and/or procedures to include the appropriate action to be taken to accomplish work within established requirements. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited.
