Serves as a Management Analyst within the Office of the Chief Counsel, Office of Operations & Legal Support (AGC-10).
Duties
Performs a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments under the general direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team for projects/ programs within a defined area of responsibility. Applies experience and detailed knowledge of administrative procedures, processes, rules and regulations to support assigned program area. Typical assignments may include collecting and analyzing data/information; conducting research; applying policies and procedures; identifying problems; and working with higher level and lower level professionals in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/pay band (FV-F, FG/GS-9) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as: Experience providing direct operational and administrative support in a professional office setting.You should include relevant examples of this experience in your work history.
