Duties
This position is located under the Office of Science and Technology, IT Systems Delivery Division, Application Support Branch, in Washington, District of Columbia.
Serves as the Chief, Application Support Branch responsible for the management of Information Technology programs, contracts, and resources to meet the established OST and ATF strategic goals and program objectives.
Qualifications
To qualify for 14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized experience include:
Designing, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure and service components, troubleshooting and diagnosing system problems for Network, Data Center and Cloud Services; AND
Monitoring the performance of application development and support contractors; AND
Overseeing application and system development projects.
