This is a public notice flyer to solicit interested candidates for two vacant Deputy Director positions within NAVSEA Total Force & Corporate Operations. These positions report directly to the Deputy Commander for Total Force & Corporate Operations, one position serves as Deputy Director, Total Force Management and one as Deputy Director, Corporate Operations.

Duties
You will serve as a Deputy Director of the NAVSEA Deputy Commander for Total Force and Corporate Operations with senior level responsibility for the operation of missions, functions, and tasks reporting directly to the Senior Executive .
You will be responsible for the initiation, direction, oversight, and execution of strategic business planning, human capital management, personnel security programs, corporate data analytics, facilities, and headquarter management.
You will support the Deputy Commander and NAVSEA executive leadership on direction for implementing the enterprise’s Corporate Operations strategy, monitoring and reporting the success of these efforts to the leadership of NAVSEA, DON and DOD.
You will support SEA10 Deputy Commander in executing leadership decisions, balance priorities, and commit resources on behalf of COMNAVSEA and the Executive Director, with respect to policy and oversight of all Corporate Operations functions.
You will oversee a Corporate Operations staff of over 70 government civilians and contractors in the execution of assigned duties and mission areas of responsibility.
You will represent the NAVSEA SEA10 Deputy Commander at meetings, conferences, and working groups across SEA10 assigned mission and program areas.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-03) or grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing complex corporate operations, programs, and initiatives to ensure quality and mission execution. Qualifying experience may include serving as a technical expert level advisor and providing instructions to subordinate leaders to include objectives, suspense dates, reporting procedures, and general guidance concerning controversial aspects of work; evaluating performance of subordinate leaders, first line supervisors, and staff members; making decisions relating to training and development needs; influencing, motivating, or persuading persons or groups to support command program goals and objectives.
