About the Position: This is an Administrative Support Assistant (OA) GS-0303-07 position for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Tulsa District located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Works under general supervision, receiving assignments, which have the objectives, priorities, and deadlines defined.
Duties
Responsible for Office property book records.
Operate office automation equipment and uses a variety of software applications
Prepare drafts and final forms of a variety of materials
Prepares travel and training requests in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System
(CEFMS).
Provides administrative support for the Division Chief, coordinating clerical and day-to-day administrative support activities that are typically required to accomplish the work of the organization.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- A qualified typist is required.
- Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) of 25% or more.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Performing at least 2 out of the 3 following duties: 1) managing senior leaders' calendars and meeting schedules; OR 2) entering data using an automated financial management system; OR 3) performing administrative support duties for an office, such as making travel arrangements; or using computer and office automated tools to complete administrative duties.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
