Duties
Manage the total processing and disposition of all individual and class EEO complaints.
Speak authoritatively for the Commander on all EEO matters.
Manage development and administration of Affirmative Action Program for agency.
Conduct barrier analysis, reviews management policies and practices.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- You may be expected to travel up to 10% for this position.
- May be required to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call duty hours.

GS 13- Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with the development of Command EEO policies and procedures; recommending resolutions of complaints to the Commander(s); and verifying remedies to assure results of the reports are following applicable guidelines.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
GS 14- Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes - directing the development of Command EEO policies and procedures; advising the Commander(s) on the resolution of complaints; and monitoring of the remedy to assures results are following applicable guidelines.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12/13).
