Serves as a Management and Program Analyst within the FAA, Air Traffic Organization, Western Service Center, Resource Management Group, Service Resource Support Team, AJV-W630.
Duties
Develops procedures, systems, and methods on a variety of management functions and activities in one or more of the following areas - organizational planning and development, productivity, work improvement and work methods, delegation of authority, goals and objectives, business management, financial tracking and/or information management.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
- A recent SF-50 is required (See Required Documents for requirements)
- Interviews maybe conducted. If one qualified applicant is interviewed, then all qualified applicants must be interviewed.
Qualifications
To qualify for the FG-12, you must demonstrate in our application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience will include: experience managing the federal budgetary process, procedures, and regulations as they relate to an assigned organization. Experience with the use of financial tools, specifically Delphi, Regis, and/or other Oracle-based systems. Experience preparing financial reports using Tableau and /or Microsoft Access and Excel to create Filters, Queries, and Pivot Tables.
