This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO). Service Center (SC) Business Intelligence Team. Serves as a senior program/project analyst on a cross-functional team responsible for conducting historical and predictive trend analysis, integrated products and work activities that directly impact the tactical and strategic objectives of the service area (SA) organizational units that often have impact on the objectives of the FAA as a whole.
Duties
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) who specializes in the development of new and innovated approaches and methodologies, techniques and process improvements, e.g. business acumen and analytics applying experience and expert knowledge. Responsible for evaluating the relationships between major program changes and status of organizations through partnership with SA analysts and SMEs to create actionable products that provide predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable informed management decisions.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I, FG/GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is: Experience with using Standard Query Language (SQL) to identify, extract, transform, and load relevant data from a database.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully.
