This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization's Service Center. The incumbent is a Senior Analyst to the Team Manager and applies experience and expert knowledge of ATO programs, along with knowledge of analytical and investigative techniques, to analyze operational challenges, assess planned and potential new solutions, and recommend solutions.
Duties
Incumbent applies experience and expert knowledge of the administrative and operational aspects of the Resource Management Group; serving as a confidential integrator to a Team Manager in resource support of the Resource Management Group (RMG) in all aspects of program responsibilities; conducts program studies, potential bargaining unit impacts/issues/resolution, operating practices, or procedures with a view toward their acceptability within the organizational plans. Identifies problems and devises appropriate courses of action acceptable to management officials, and assures effective follow-through within program responsibilities to accomplish desired improvements. Coordinates and provides support and advice for multiple projects and programs.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I, FG/GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience will include: Experience with organizational restructures and familiarity with ATO Lines of Business. Some experience and understanding of the federal budget process, position management procedures and regulations, or training processes related to the operations of one or more organizations. Skilled in analyzing data, identifying programmatic issues, and providing management with insights on trends and impacts.
